This update is figuring out WHY you should be exercising. Many people know they should be exercising, but never go about actually setting about "why" they should exercise.

Lets face it, we have all heard numerous times that we should exercise.

The weakest statement you could make to yourself is:

"I know I should exercise"

There is no motivation behind that statement. You will tell yourself that and then say, yeah I know I should exercise but I have to do this, or that or... (enter excuse here)

Everyone knows that they should exercise, but few commit to their health and fitness.

What is "commitment?" commitment if the desire to follow through with your actions no matter what.

Have you ever been committed to a goal and you followed through no matter what happened? Your house could of been burning down, but you still committed and followed through with what you wanted.

You see, most people don't make it a MUST to exercise and get healthy, its still a "should"

Once you make it a MUST, you will commit to your fitness goals no matter what!

How do you get to the point that you MUST exercise?

You must get enough EMOTIONAL reasons to exercise and you must be able to easily identify your "WHY"

Why do you want to become more fit? Why do you want to lose that extra weight? Why do you want to lose 40, 50 or 60 lbs?

In order to lose the weight and become healthy, you must have an emotional reason to do so.

In order to get there, you have to have to get to the point where you tell yourself "I MUST exercise, because if i dont it will cost me this, this, this and this. There has to be an emotional intensity behind this beyond anything that you have every felt.

Once you have gone through this exercise, or finding your "WHY" and you have enough emotional intensity behind your reasons, then motivation and commitment to your fitness goals becomes easy. You will have enough emotional reasons behind your goals that you will always follow through.

Tips and Tricks for Rapid Weight Loss!


Tip #1 

Eat MORE to Lose weight 

In the Late eighties and early ninties, experts were telling us the best way to lose weight was to eat less and cut your fat intake. 
 
Th issue with this is that there is only so many caloriesyou can cut and not eat until your body completely starts feeding on itself and you are forced to eat more calories to make up for the deficit that you got your body into. 
 
Many people who have gone on a "starvation" diet know this all to well. They cut their calories every week until they are miserable, grumpy and lethargic. 
 
What happens is the dieter eventually will fall off the diet and continue with their old eating pattern and regain the weight that they lost and even more! 
 
Diets never work because you are creating more pain in the body then normal. Going on a diet will force the body to work against its own natural bio-chemistry and ultimately no matter how much will power you have, you will fail at dieting
 
Take a look at the word DIET - The first three letters "D-I-E" - are there for a reason, because it feels like your DYING! That's a clue that diets don't work!
 
Here is what does work - Eat MORE - Lose More weight! 
 
Our bodies are smart and throughout evolution our bodies have adapted to our environments. The key factor here is work with your bodies natural bio-chemistry. 
 
Our bodies need fuel to function properly - If they do not get the right fuel, the body stops responding - or response very poorly (being tired, lethargic, mood swings) 
 
Giving the body what it wants every three hours is an excellent way to release your bodies stored bodyfat. You are working with your bodies metabolism and getting it to work harder and harder - naturally your body will work harder at breaking down and releasing fat, because it doesn't need "stored energy" because you are fueling it with what it needs! 
 
So How do we do this? 
 
The basic way is to eat every three hours. As soon as you get up in the morning you need to be eating within 30 minutes. 
 
Each meal should be comprised of proteins/carbohydrates and fats. (Yes FATS are your FRIEND!)  
 
Meal timing should be every three hours. For example
 
Meal #1 - 6am
Meal #2 - 9 am
Meal #3 - 12pm
Meal #4 - 3 pm
Meal #5 - 6 pm
Meal #6 - 9pm
 
This is a perfect way of eating and allows the body to remove unwanted bodyfat quickly and efficiently.
