Your Fitness "SYNTAX" - Lose Body Fat FAST and the RIGHT WAY!

Having the correct system in place to help you achieve your fitness goals is crucial. Many people fail to lose any significant weight or change their fitness levels because they do not implement the correct knowledge to make lasting physical changes.

At Body Revolution Fitness we call this having the correct "Syntax" - A SYNTAX is basically a set of rules or combination of rules for any given situation. Learning and implementing the correct set of rules for weight loss means that ANYONE can achieve amazing results within THREE MONTHS!



Lets look at an example. Lets say you wanted to call your friend on the other side of the country - you are going to need the correct SYNTAX or the correct number to call their phone. If you have just ONE number out of order, the call goes to another person! - This is the same with weight loss - You have to have the correct knowledge and implement the knowledge correctly in order to see the results you really deserve!

If we took a look at the following phrase - "The Dog Bit Johnny!" What would happen if we changed the order of the words and used "Johnny Bit the Dog!" you get a whole different experience! (Especially if your Johnny!)

Same holds true for losing weight. You can know all there is to know about weight loss - but if you re-arrange the order of how you do things - no results.!
