Replacing those BAD habits with GOOD habits!

Did you know that everyday habits that are done over and over again create the person and the body that you have today?

We are the sum of our all our habits, good and bad.

Take a good look at your lifestyle right now. - Look at your patterns or habits. Are there things that you could be doing differently that would produce a different result? Most importantly take a look at your nutritional intake. There are things that with little effort can make a huge impact on your lifestyle, fitness and well being.

Our lifestyle that we lead can make a dramatic difference in our emotional and physical well-being. Other factors that effect your body and fitness levels are:

  1. Stress Levels
  2. Sleeping Patterns
  3. Alcohol Consumption
  4. Smoking Habits
  5. Job Activity - Sedentary Vs Active
  6. Water Intake
  7. Nutritional Intake
  8. Coffee Consumption

For the sake of this Blog I will focus on two key areas that you can change today to make a huge impact on your health and fitness levels. Both are considered "Bad habits" - But you can change them into "God habits" and reap the rewards

I will focus on two things

1) Chocolate Consumption
2) Coffee Consumption

Both of these are considered "Bad Habits" - but making small changes will lead to a huge POSITIVE change in your health and fitness levels

I will focus on Healthy Chocolate for this week, and follow up with Coffee on the next blog post.

Chocolate Consumption - Not all Chocolate is considered equal! Xocai Chocolate stands above the rest!

Stated simply, Xoçai stands head and shoulders above the chocolate crowd. Why? To understand, it’s important to know a little more about chocolate history. In the early 1800s, Dutchman Coenraad Johannes van Houten discovered that the acid taste of natural cocoa was minimized if he added alkali-potash to cocoa nibs before they were roasted. Alkalized (often called “dutched”) cocoa is darker in color and has a slightly different taste than natural cocoa.

Most commercial chocolate makers have used this alkalizing process to modify the color and taste of their products. The problem with alkalizing, however, is that it removes most of the chocolate’s nutritional potency.

Therefore, the most healthful chocolate is that which has been cold-pressed, unfermented and unalkalized. Xoçai’s premium-grade chocolate is processed in this way and is the leader of the healthy chocolate category. This patented processing method preserves the antioxidant and other nutrients present in cacao while still maintaining a rich, luxurious flavor.

Not All Chocolate is Created EqualBelow are just a few of the reasons you should consider Xoçai’s family of healthy chocolate products:

The Highest ORAC Score. Xoçai’s products repeatedly register the highest ORAC scores among available chocolate products. Most mass-produced chocolate products have very low antioxidant levels.

Proprietary Processing Method. Unlike most commercially produced chocolate (which is “dutched” or alkalized), Xoçai’s products are processed with a proprietary cold-processing system and use no artificial ingredients.

Natural Sweeteners: Instead of the refined sugars common to most commercial products, Xoçai’s products use low-glycemic sweeteners such as raw cane juice and crystalline fructose.

Natural Cocoa Butter. Unlike commercial chocolates that typically substitute milk solids and oils, Xoçai retains the natural cocoa butter in cacao. Cocoa butter improves the taste and feel of the product while retaining a “neutral” fat status.

“Clean” Products. Xoçai’s products do not contain any artificial flavors or ingredients, waxes, fillers, or added caffeine.

Adding Xocai Chocolate into your daily lifestyle will help you actually LOSE WEIGHT by reducing inflammation in the body and allowing the body to return to a more homeostatic balance.
